About me:
I'm a modeler born in 1970. I was 10 when my love for r/c began and I was a happy guy with my first R/C car with a single button radio going around my home ! But I always had "toys". My very first car was an used Grasshopper II when I was 17. In '92 I bought a Ford Escord Cosworth that was the first model I built. Now I have several models, most of them are collectible items from Tamiya. My most pleased kits are all 4 ladder frame trucks (Hilux, Blazer, Bruiser, Mountaineer), the first off-road (Sand Scorcher, Rough Rider, XR-311, Cheetah) and first on-road (Porsche 934, 935, Countach).
I started this site to give people chance to know what I'm crazy for hoping to make someone else insane like me. Today I can proudly say that I meet my scope and the RC world has more enthusiasts than when I started. This keep me live to work on my site and that's why you can find here a lot of resources for free. I always thought that people have to see what Tamiya was able to made in his first years, all the devotion and technology they gave in building realistic kits or just funny things.
Most of todays cars comes from Tamiya 's projects and most people don't know that. I hope this site will teach.
